How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, pick a product, choose a colour and quantity, then use Buy Now or Add to Cart. At checkout, enter your shipping details and choose Cash on Delivery or Online Payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payment (cards, UPI, netbanking via Razorpay) for the full order amount, and Cash on Delivery with a small advance paid online at checkout.
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. You'll pay a ₹100 advance online to confirm the order, and the remaining amount in cash when your order is delivered.
Why is a ₹100 advance required for COD orders?
The ₹100 advance confirms genuine orders and is deducted from your product total - it's not an extra charge. For example, on a ₹3,699 order you pay ₹100 now and ₹3,599 on delivery.
How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping across India. Delivery timelines depend on your location; you'll receive tracking details once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Visit My Orders (under your account, or via the link in the site footer) to see your order status and tracking number once it's available.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation from your order confirmation page while the order hasn't been packed yet. Our team reviews each request and processes any applicable refund.
What is your return/refund policy?
If an order is cancelled before shipping, any amount paid online is refunded to your original payment method. Contact Customer Care for help with a specific order.
How do I know a product's stock availability?
Each product page shows current stock. If a product is out of stock, the Buy Now and Add to Cart buttons are disabled until it's restocked.
